Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, communications, and stakeholder interactions while prioritizing people-related and organizational needs.
- Coordinate travel, meetings, and events to ensure seamless executive support.
- Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and briefing materials for leadership and board review.
- Anticipate executive needs, proactively resolve issues, and remove obstacles to maintain operational efficiency.
- Handle confidential information, records, and expense processing with the highest level of discretion and compliance.
- Support or lead cross-functional projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and accountability are met.
- Facilitate meetings, develop agendas, track action items, and follow up on next steps.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience supporting C-Suite executives (CEO, COO, CFO, or similar) in a fast-paced, mid-to-large organization.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience supporting leadership in healthcare, hospice, or high-growth environments.
- Background in board support or cross-functional project coordination.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to adapt proactively across all levels of the organization.
