Designer- Full-Time SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Assists the Design team with the design process which includes programming, space planning, specifications, and client engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional leaders and employees to share knowledge and improve outcomes.

• Problem Solving: Reduce human struggle and waste. Highlight, track and help solve problems.
• Performance: Provide project and customer appropriate solutions which help us win and retain customers.
• Focus on Achieving Corporate Objectives: Reduce Punch Lists, Improve Margins, Fill the funnel, Prepare installation for success.

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES:

Bachelor’s degree in design or related field. Strong product and technical knowledge of major contract furniture manufacturers.
