We are a team of people who love helping others. Our independent insurance business is based on the relationships we build with our team, clients, potential clients, community, and insurance companies. We work for our clients, not for any one insurance company.
We offer full-time positions from Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, with training provided.
Job Responsibilities:
- Client Relationships
- Client satisfaction in the assigned books of business
- Retention of desirable accounts in the assigned books of business
- Compliance with agency policies and procedures
- Accurate and quality work at all times
- Team cooperation and development
- Respond quickly and professionally to client service needs
- Identify additional sales opportunities for existing clients and make the sale
- Participate fully in applicable marketing programs and campaigns
- Stay focused on client relationship activities
Professional and Personal Skills:
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and a calculator
- Type quickly and accurately
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Organized, structured, punctual, and will follow the rules
- Patient, respectful, reliable, trustworthy, friendly, supportive, articulate, kind, ethical and honest
- Experience in using CRM is a PLUS (Infusion Soft, Turbo Dial)
- Can speak Lithuanian FLUENTLY
Experience Requirements:
- No previous insurance experience is required. We will train and educate the successful candidate. However, having previous experience working within the insurance industry is a bonus.
Flexible work from home options available.
Salary : $40,000 - $50,000
