Goodwill Industries--Knoxville, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager and Lead Sales Associate to assist in providing leadership and oversight to our team memembers at our Hardin Valley Retail Store.

Typical responsibilities include:
- Opening and/or closing the store
- Accepting and processing donations
- Ensuring sales floor is fresh and full at all times
- Leading the team to achieve daily goals
- Training and supervising all employees assigned to this location
- Providing world-class customer service
- Cash handling - making bank deposits
If this sounds like you, make sure you also meet these requirements:
- Have at least 6 months of retail experience with progressively increasing responsibility
- Ability to frequently lift 25lbs and occasionally lift 50lbs.
- Ability to work flexible, full-time schedule all hours/days that the store is open
- Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Have a reliable automobile that can be used to make bank deposits
- Basic computer skills
