What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inventory Control Analyst position at GOODWILL INDUSTRIES OF GREATER DETROIT & SUBSIDIARIES?

Position Duties : 1.
Monitor Material Resource Planning (MRP) and respond to increases / decreases as they affect vendors daily.
Issue material orders to vendors weekly or as required.
Update inventory metrics weekly.
Monitor, prep documentation and work with production to schedule Mopar Production as required.
Back-up Customer Support systems such as SMART, Direct Data Link (DDL), and Bulletins.
Manage Customer systems required for all container needs (Ford, GM , Chrysler) 7.
Make inventory corrections when necessary with management review & sign-off.
Inbound Logistics support 9.
Run & Manage Inbound Material Report showing daily material receipts expected.
Share report with Dock & Production Staff.
Keep Hot Part list posted and up to date.
Follow quality system procedures necessary for Goodwill Industries of Greater Detroit to maintain TS-16949 and ISO-14001 Certification.
Performs other duties as required.
