Essential Functions and Related Duties
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Supervises employees, providing coaching and mentorship to optimize productivity and support the mission.
- Interviews, selectively hires, and trains staff.
- Creates and organizes the schedules and work of staff.
- Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
- Maintains and motivates a positive team through communication, incentives, and evaluations.
- Handles employment actions, including discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Monitors employee performance, identifying and facilitating opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Manages daily aspects of Ecommerce employees to ensure projects are completed and goals and staff/store needs are met.
- Enforces safety practices and procedures and prepares related reports.
- Provides required safety equipment; ensure that all equipment is in working condition.
- Leads team in conducting daily safety checks on equipment. Ensures that all employees comply with safety procedures.
- Properly follows OSHA specifications regarding lockout/tagout procedures.
- Manage staff and resources to meet sales budget and expense goals.
- Manage inventory and order fulfillment for Ecommerce Store (E-Books, E-Collectibles, and all ecommerce platforms).
- Collect data reflective of online media sales, including, but not limited to: sales volume on all markets, inventory received, inventory aging, inventory on hand, wages, shipping, material costs and any other direct costs and expenditures.
- Read and analyze data and make all necessary adjustments to maximize and maintain profitability.
- Analyzes online marketplaces and pricing strategies to ensure maximized profitability and sales with the lowest possible costs.
- Analyzes reports and recommends model changes to support sales goals.
- Analyzes workflow processes to recommend and implement process improvements to ensure rapid and efficient operations.
- Ensures that excellent customer service standards are upheld and that customer service ratings are at acceptable level.
- Ensures all areas of the operation are SOP compliant.
- Maintains and motivates a positive sales team through communication, incentives, and evaluations.
- Reviews sellers’ information on Shop Goodwill and all other marketplaces to ensure that it is
- compliant with requirements related to posting of items, description etiquette, and other criteria.
- Oversee Watch and Jewelry sort and to ensure that goods rejected for online sale will be made available to the retail stores as timely as possible.
- Prepare reports for senior management on request.
- Ensure that housekeeping, safety, and security is maintained, reporting all needed repairs, problems and/or hazards immediately.
