Store Management Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced retail professional to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager at Goodwill Industries of San Diego County. In this role, you will assist the management team with day-to-day operations, oversee production/retail operations, and provide support to staff members.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist the management team in achieving business objectives
• Oversee production/retail operations, including receiving and processing inventory
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Provide support to staff members, including training and coaching

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 2 years of experience in retail or customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
