What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apparel Hanger-Shopton-Part Time position at Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont?

Position starts at $15.00 per hour with annual merit increases and production bonuses. SUMMARY

Hangs pre-sorted, donated clothing to be placed on the sales floor in a retail outlet and donation processing center by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES are listed below in order of importance, from most important to least important.

Places clothing from a pre-sorted bin of textiles on hangers to meet established quotas.

Hangs clothing on racks for transporting to the sales floor, keeping similar types of clothing grouped together and using the correct color rotation system.

Places correct color rotation system on hangers.

Counts pieces of clothing hung and complete daily report reflecting totals.

Places clothing on sales floor racks and pulls clothing from sales floor racks to make space as needed. Colorizes and organizes racks.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Serves as back-up to the Donation Material Handler, Apparel Quality Specialist, and Cashier as needed.

Perform other job-related duties as assigned by any member of store management.
