We are seeking a Donated Goods/Retail Associate to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include accepting, sorting, and pricing donated items, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with inventory management.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for pricing and cashier duties
- Physical ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Accept, sort, and price donated goods according to store guidelines
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Operate the cash register and handle sales transactions accurately
- Assist in managing and replenishing inventory
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals
- Follow safety and security procedures to protect staff, customers, and donated items
**Schedule:**
This is a full-time position with varying shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed. Flexibility in scheduling is required.
