A DAY IN THE LIFE: In a typical day, a Store Manager can expect to…” organizes, controls, and supervises daily operations of retail store and store personnel, demonstrates effective internal and external communication, trains and schedules work hours for all store personnel, supervises in the transfer of store shipments, assists in stock rotation and maintaining racks, shelves, and other displays in a presentable manner, oversees quality control of inventory and maintains product on floor at adequate levels, operates cash register and assists customers when necessary.

These services include career exploration, job development, job placement, family strengthening and community outreach services. Plus, you will help Goodwill keep tons of garbage out of landfills each year!!

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Supervising Experience: 5 years (Preferred)
