We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Management Manager. This is a unique opportunity to work in a smaller region, but have the support and infrastructure of one of the largest Goodwill's in the network, Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA).
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the sales floor, leading a high-performing team, and driving business results. Key responsibilities include building and retaining motivated teams through effective leadership, executing retail operations plans to achieve sales goals, and making decisions on matters relating to the day-to-day retail operation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales floor, including managing and meeting Team Member and customer needs.
- Lead a high-performing team of Retail Sales Associates, providing guidance and direction to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Execute retail operations plans to achieve sales goals, including building and retaining motivated teams through effective leadership.
- Make decisions on matters relating to the day-to-day retail operation, including conducting new goods inventory and ensuring proper reporting.
**Requirements**
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- One-year work experience in Retail Management, preferred.
- One-year customer service experience required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
