Job Title: Custodian
Location: Store #29 Hurst --- 825 West Pipeline Road, Hurst, Texas
Salary: $13.75 per Hour
Work Hours: FT (40 Hrs. per Week) Days and hours vary; 2 Days Off per Week
General Job Duties: Janitorial duties to include dusting (including ceiling fans and air conditioning vents), cleaning/polishing glass and metal surfaces, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, buffing, carpet shampooing, rest rooms, and pick up and disposal of trash/litter on facility/grounds. Assist customers with furniture carry out; and racks, totes, barrels, boxes and hangers removal from store to specified areas. Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
Special Requirements: Must have good communication skills, and be able to read and write; experience with safe use of chemicals; able to work buffer, and lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for 7-8 hours.
Legal Requirements: Documentation to satisfy I-9 requirements, pass background, drug screen and physical examination.
