This position is located in the beautiful resort town of Traverse City, Michigan and our programs serve 19 Northern Michigan counties.
The Duties and Qualifications
The Human Resources Manager aids with facilitating the human resources, workforce development, safety and compliance functions across the organization including manager and employee coaching, training and development initiatives, recruitment and retention efforts, compliance filings, and workplace investigations. This role is important to the success of the Goodwill organization and its ability to attract and retain a talented workforce.
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of Human Resources experience. A bachelor's degree is a must. Experience using HRIS/HCM systems, SHRM-CP credentials and project management experience are preferred. Project management certification is a plus.
