Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized coaching and mentorship to youth, addressing their unique needs and goals
- Facilitate engaging group workshops and activities focused on developing life skills, such as time management, problem-solving, and financial literacy
- Connect youth with community resources, services, and opportunities that align with their interests and aspirations
- Collaborate with a team of social service professionals to ensure a holistic approach to supporting young individuals
- Maintain detailed records and progress reports to track the impact of your coaching efforts
- 1-2 years of experience working with youth in a mentorship, coaching, or social service capacity
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with young individuals
- Knowledge of youth development principles and an understanding of the unique challenges faced by at-risk or disadvantaged youth
- Flexibility and adaptability to work with a diverse range of individuals and tailor your approach accordingly
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as social work, psychology, or education (preferred)
