Retail Store Associate

The Retail Store Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and assisting customers with their purchases. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Greet customers as they enter the store
• Assist customers with their purchases
• Maintain a clean and organized store
• Stock shelves and maintain inventory
• Process transactions using the point of sale system
• Answer customer questions and provide product information
• Handle customer complaints and returns
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
