- Take great pride in overseeing the vibrant daily operations of the restaurant, where your main focus is to create outstanding guest experiences rooted in a culture of genuine hospitality.
- Collaborating closely with our talented pastry chef and Regional Director to ensure that every dish maintains harmony in preparation, presentation, and flavor, whether it's in-house dining or our delightful catering services.
- Quality is paramount, consistently prioritize the enforcement of hygiene and safety policies, ensuring the highest health standards while providing a safe haven for our guests.
- Develop innovative and seasonal recipes that beautifully blend local and cultural influences, all while nurturing strong relationships with local purveyors and farmers to source the finest ingredients.
- Inspire and motivate our incredible team, equipping them with the tools they need to excel in execution, organization, and creativity. Fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture is essential, training and mentoring a team, supporting their growth in technique and efficiency.
- Enthusiastic leader with at least 5 years of management experience in high-volume restaurants or cafés.
- Strong skills in operations, inventory management, and vendor relationships are essential.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to exceptional guest experiences.
- Comprehensive benefits, achievable bonuses, and competitive compensation between $65,000 and $75,000 based on your experience.
