Construction Sales Manager Requirements :
- Minimum of 2 years overseeing sales teams in kitchen, bath, or in-home remodeling.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in sales within the construction, remodeling, or design industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing annual sales exceeding $10 million.
