Our dynamic restaurant group is looking to add a Director of Training to our growing corporate team. If you have experience as a Director of Training for a restaurant group with more than one concept and multiple locations, we would love to speak with you.

Director Of Training Requirements

• Must have experience in a restaurant group as Director of Training for at least 2 years
• Ability to develop and implement training programs and standard operating procedures for restaurant operations and new restaurant openings
• Superb change management skills
• Collaborative working style to assist with new restaurant openings
• Demonstrated commanding presence and strong leadership abilities
• Available to travel up to 25%
