- Strong understanding of P&L management, growth strategies, and business development

- Oversee daily restaurant operations, optimize efficiency, and implement best practices
- Manage the success of the first location before leading future expansion efforts
- Foster a neighborhood-oriented culture aligned with the Red Bud Ice House brand
- Work through operational transitions, including menu overhauls and seasonal demand fluctuations
