Platform Specialist Responsibilities

• Drive technology integration and training solutions for SaaS hospital clients
• Become a "Go Live" GURU
• Develop and foster key customer relations post-implementation to provide ongoing account support
• Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge thru evolution of new versions and roll outs
  
  

Platform Specialist Qualifications

• Bachelor's in IT with 3-5 years in hospital setting or 3 years surgical processing technology knowledge
• Implementation and training experience - up to 75% travel
• Client-centric with amazing communication and teamwork skills
• Detail and process-oriented with the ability to navigate challenges & develop repeatable, scalable solutions
