- 4 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine in an upscale or fine dining environment
- Hands-on seafood experience required, including fresh fish and shellfish handling
- Strong scratch kitchen background with high standards for execution and consistency
- Solid understanding of food cost, labor management, and operational controls
- Proven ability to hire, train, and retain high-performing kitchen teams
- Stable career progression with strong tenure
- Comfortable using modern kitchen and scheduling systems
- Lead all back-of-house operations with a focus on quality, cleanliness, and efficiency
- Develop seasonal menus and specials that highlight seafood and fresh ingredients
