We are currently looking for a Franchise Business Consultant in Jacksonville to join our team who will oversee and partner with 20 restaurant Managing Partner locations, assisting in the support of growth and development of their management teams, while maintaining the profitability of their locations.

Restaurant Franchise Business Consultant Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' successful results as a Franchise Consultant Director of Operations of 15 or more locations (Quick Serve, Fast Casual, and Casual Dining)
• People development and QSC improvement track record
• Strong focus on operations execution and financial results
• Sharp and professional
• Coaching and directing of strategies and objectives with Managing Partners
• Instilling a culture of ownership
• Conducting random inspections, inventory, and cash audits
• Reviewing and teaching budgets, labor, and food costs reconciliation
