Are you a strategic and detail-oriented logistics professional looking to lead and optimize warehousing and transportation operations? We are seeking a Warehouse and Logistics Manager to oversee domestic and international logistics, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Role is located in Baxter Springs, Kansas.
What You’ll Do
Lead warehousing, transportation, and logistics operations, ensuring compliance with global freight regulations.
Manage inbound and outbound processes, optimizing storage and shipping efficiency.
Oversee freight spend, auditing invoices, and filing freight claims.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in storage, transactions, and logistics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer delivery needs and financial goals.
Serve as an ERP system expert, leading logistics process optimizations.
Develop and implement policies to improve operational effectiveness.
Supervise and mentor logistics team members, ensuring high performance.
Support workplace safety initiatives and promote company core values.
What You Bring
3-5 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, and transportation.
Minimum 3 years of import/export experience with strong knowledge of US and international customs.
Expertise in logistics compliance, shipping, and regulatory standards.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
