In this role you will:
Responsible for account management responsibilities for Managed Clients.- Establish and maintain client relationships while promoting client retention and contract renewals.
- Create and execute hardware and software estimates for clients
- Prepare and deliver agreement renewals for prior version clients
- Work with vCIO on client version conversion agreements and to prepare agreement renewals for current version clients
- Partner with sales staff and vCIO teams to ensure proper onboarding of new clients.
- Ensure that client contracted services are accurately provided with respect to agreed terms.
- Develop a strong working relationship with the members of the engineer team and support them in delivering quality service to clients.
- Serve as a key resource and point of contact for client needs.
- Stay informed on issues occurring within the client’s environment, ensuring the proper resources are scheduled to reach a timely resolution.
- Follow through on all client issues to ensure complete resolution.
- Maintain clear and updated client documentation as it pertains to conversations and interactions with the client.
- Track recurring issues at clients; ensure vCIOs and Operations Manager are informed of issues in order to provide proper consulting resolution.
- Maintain client site configuration information
- Audit client billing as needed and resolve any invoicing concerns.
- Check in client equipment deliveries received at Elevity offices.
You should have:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.- 5 years of experience in an operations or account management role.
- Self-starter with proven ability to achieve goals; extremely motivated to succeed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel to other branch and client locations in the Madison, Milwaukee, and Appleton areas
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients and effectively support their IT needs.
- Ability to interact with and work well with others in various fast changing environments/situations leveraging strong networking and listening skills.
