Job Summary
We are seeking a growing Epoxy installation company seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts across IL, WI and Indiana.
Compensation will be base salary plus commission.
This energetic professional will drive business growth by developing new client relationships, managing key accounts, and expanding market presence. Duties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed regional revenue goals through proactive business development and territory management.
- Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities via cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities to expand the customer base.
- Manage existing accounts by providing tailored solutions, conducting product demos, and upselling where appropriate to increase customer value.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives to ensure consistent performance and achievement of sales targets.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities using CRM software such as Salesforce, tracking customer interactions, pipeline status, and territory coverage.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth within assigned territories.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns that enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Expertise in territory management, lead generation, and direct sales strategies within diverse markets.
