This position is located in our Gorsuch Ski Cafe location in the View Line Hotel in Snowmass Village, CO. We are seeking an experienced ski tuner to join our Gorsuch family. This is a great opportunity for enthusiastic individual who is looking for a full time or part time seasonal position starting in November through the 2024 2025 Ski Season.
We are offering both Full Time Shifts (5 days, 30-40 hours a week) and Part Time Shift (8-24 hours a week). This position offers evening shifts too; ski during the day and work in the afternoon/evening! Job Duties Include: Tune guest and company fleet skis. Equipment maintenance including, but not limited to, repairing major base damage, daily machine maintenance. deburring and polish edges. Installing and testing bindings. Transport ski fleet to outlying stores in Aspen. Maintain shop keeping standards as outlined by Management. Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to all safety regulations. Sell or rent merchandise, such as apparel, ski equipment/accessories as needed. Desired Skills and Experience: Experience with ski tuning machines and binding
installation preferred. Ability to drive a truck with valid CO Driver's License, preferred. Flexible schedule, evenings and weekends. Proficiency with general navigation of computers preferred. Ability to function as part of a team and be a positive team player. Compensation and Benefits: The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $24- $30 hourly. The rate of pay is the range we reasonably expect to pay for this position and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
