Licensed Clinical Social Worker Wanted – Full-Time Role in California

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Role Responsibilities:
- Advocate for clients by connecting them with the resources they need.
- Provide crisis intervention and manage behavioral health assessments.
- Offer coaching on managing chronic health conditions.
- Conduct therapy sessions to drive positive changes in behavior.
- Facilitate individual and group sessions to support patient care plans.
Compensation: $110,000-$130,000 annually, including an excellent benefits package.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work or similar.
- California LCSW license in good standing.
- 2 years of clinical experience.
- Knowledgeable in maintaining digital health records.
