Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in accessing resources and overcoming personal challenges.
- Perform crisis counseling, including assessing and addressing behavioral concerns.
- Guide patients in managing chronic conditions effectively.
- Deliver therapeutic interventions to foster positive life changes.
- Support patients and families in understanding and following treatment plans through individual and group sessions.
Salary: $110,000 to $130,000 annually, plus a full benefits package.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work or related discipline.
- Active LCSW license in California.
- At least two years of clinical experience.
- Proficiency with MS Office and electronic health record systems.
