Responsibilities:
- Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients
- Diagnose and treat mental health disorders
- Create individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances
- Meet with patients regularly to provide counseling, and treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress
- Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist is Required
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy
- Experience with providing individual and/or group therapy
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities are required to ensure effective workload management and administrative chores.
- $120,000-140,000 per year
- Sign-on bonus of $3000
