Type: Full-time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9AM - 5PM
Responsibilities:
- Lead therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families.
- Assess client needs and create individualized treatment plans.
- Use a variety of therapeutic methods to help clients reach their personal goals.
- Work alongside other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care.
- Keep accurate records of client progress.
Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 annually plus full benefits.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Valid LMFT license in Tennessee.
- Strong expertise in therapy with individuals, couples, and families.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build strong rapport with clients.
- Relevant certifications in Marriage and Family Therapy.
