The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds and will be skilled in utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a wide range of mental health concerns.

Salary: $110,000-$130,000 per year plus full benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide confidential, non-medical counseling services to patients dealing with chronic pain, helping them navigate and process their experiences.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client..
• Serve as the primary liaison for patients and healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless communication and coordinated care.
• Understand each patient’s support needs and interaction preferences, providing a personalized experience that helps them adhere to prescribed treatment plans.

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Current licensure as LMFT in the state.
• Has a maximum 2 years of experience.
• Skilled in conducting one-on-one and family therapy.
• Proficiency in medical terminology and experience with patient assessments.
• Proficient in a variety of therapeutic modalities and interventions.
• Experienced in using technology to enhance therapy outcomes.
