Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $110,000 to $130,000 annually, plus full benefits
Primary Duties:
- Evaluate clients through detailed mental health assessments.
- Develop and manage effective, individualized treatment strategies.
- Conduct therapy sessions with a focus on measurable outcomes.
- Address crisis intervention needs with confidence and empathy.
- Engage in ongoing professional learning to refine skills.
Qualifications:
- Valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related discipline Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset.
- Highly organized with excellent time management abilities.
