Do you aspire to make a significant difference in mental health? We are looking for licensed Mental Health Counselors, including LPCCs, LCSWs, and LMFTs, to bring their expertise to our team in California.
Job Type: Full-time, Virtual
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead virtual therapy sessions tailored to individuals, families, and groups, utilizing therapeutic best practices.
- Partner with clients to formulate effective treatment plans addressing their mental health goals.
- Respond to and manage mental health crises with urgency and care.
- Accurately document and secure client records per legal and ethical standards.
- Work within interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care solutions.
- Keep updated with evolving research and methods in mental health.
Salary: $110,000 to $130,000 per year with an attractive benefits package
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Active California licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT, or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- Experience providing therapy to diverse groups.
- Excellent interpersonal and rapport-building skills.
