Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth. This is a key leadership role that requires strong market knowledge, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to analyze sales data to develop effective strategies.

Duties:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product launches and promotions
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in technology sales

Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective strategies
- Experience in outside sales is preferred
- Technical sales experience is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
