Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent organizational, multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Responsibilities:
- Oversee staff
- Cover front desk shifts
- Answer phones and relay appropriate messages
- Follow opening and closing procedures
- Work quick, be efficient and complete daily checklists as well as handle immediate tasks that may arise
- Be on time and reliable
