We are seeking a Corporate Controller to lead our accounting and financial reporting functions. What You’ll Do:
- Lead corporate accounting operations, including AP/AR, payroll, general ledger, and treasury
- Oversee the month-end close process in collaboration with a team of Divisional Controllers
- Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting in compliance with GAAP and other regulations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support senior leadership decisions
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Coordinate audits and tax filings with external partners
- Optimize accounting systems, processes, and reporting capabilities
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong technical accounting expertise, including GAAP and IFRS compliance
- Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Background in internal controls, risk management, and audit oversight
- Experience managing ERP or large-scale accounting systems (Sage, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and developing teams
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- High ethical standards and meticulous attention to detail
Leadership Scope:
This role oversees an Accounting Manager and an AP Supervisor, leading a team of approximately 10 individuals, and works closely with Divisional Controllers across the organization.
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field CPA or MBA Preferred)
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Corporate Accounting or Finance leadership role
- Proven experience managing teams, including direct reports and cross-functional teams
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting and internal controls
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills; initiative and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Solid grasp of mathematics, financial principles and complex spreadsheets

Salary Range
- $175,000 - $225,000
