**Must be in Miami area or open to relocation for a fully in-person role in our Downtown Miami office**

With multiple rounds of venture back funding, our platform and app are disrupting the dental staffing industry. Since launching in late 2019, we’ve built the largest community of nationwide hygienists and dental offices, dwarfing our established competition in the dental tech staffing space. It’s truly a matter of time until GoTu is the industry standard for dental staffing needs in the Dental Community!
We’re in the process of rapidly expanding the capabilities and functions of our app to capture even more market share, and we need high-quality, talented and driven individuals to come aboard and help make GoTu a Unicorn (Unicorn=Start-ups valued at $1 billion within five years of launch).

Responsibilities include:
- Customer Success Specialist work collaboratively with the Product Development teams to provide high-tech, high-touch customer service solutions for the professionals and offices leveraging the GoTu platform
- Proficiently educate customers on the operation of our platform and troubleshoot their technical issues with empathy, ensuring a comprehensive grasp of their individual needs and concerns.
- Assess and prioritize customer concern, making decisions efficiently to address the most critical matters first.
