GP Motor Company was founded in 2014 and is one of the fastest growing used car dealerships in the state of Utah. We completed a record-breaking 2021, recently finished construction on a brand new facility, and are excited about our continued growth for many years to come. By adding a veteran Finance Manager to our team we hope to operate more efficiently, improve the effectiveness of our sales team, maintain our stellar customer satisfaction, and continue to set new records. While many dealerships struggle to maintain inventory, we are determined and focused on making sure that we have the inventory needed to continue our growth trajectory.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience in the automotive industry is required
- Proven track record of success in F&I
- Functioning knowledge of automotive dealership software, such as vAuto and Vinsolutions
- Highly motivated with a positive, enthusiastic attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong ability to lead, mentor, and develop others to reach their full potential
- Self motivated and entrepreneurial minded
- Must be honest, trustworthy, and reliable
- Ability to learn, adapt, problem solve, and overcome adversity
- Experience and familiarity with branded title vehicles is preferred
- Available to work flexible hours
Responsibilities
- Protect the dealership by completing all financial paperwork associated with retail and wholesale purchases
- Provide world class customer service
- Present all finance products to every customer
- Ensure that all stipulations are accounted for
- Follow up with lenders for loan approvals and funding
- Continue to improve by taking personal accountability
- Work with the sales team to provide training and assistance
- Worth with upper management to set and exceed dealership goals
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $240,000.00 per year

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Weekend availability
