Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Agronomy Sales Representative to drive sales of agronomy products and services, including seed, fertilizer, crop protection, and custom applications. The ideal candidate will build strong, year-round relationships with both existing and prospective customers while ensuring exceptional service and product support.
Agronomy Sales Representative Key Responsibilities :
- Drive sales of agronomy products : seed, fertilizer, crop protection, R2G products, aerial services, grid sampling, Yield Advantage, and custom applications.
- Provide exceptional post-sale service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain relationships with current customers while prospecting new clients.
- Promote the company as a trusted and valued agronomy partner.
- Manage inventory of all agronomy products to meet customer needs efficiently.
- Conduct seasonal in-field scouting and remain visible on customer farms to build trust and credibility.
