- Operate, set up, and troubleshoot Totani, B&B/BUB, Baumer, or similar bag-making machines
- Perform changeovers, film roll changes, tooling adjustments, and setups
- Maintain seal quality, pouch integrity, and consistent production output
- Monitor machine performance and make minor mechanical adjustments
- Complete in-process quality checks and documentation
- Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and production teams
- Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
- Experience as a Tier 2 or Tier 3 Bag-Making Operator (or equivalent)
- Hands-on setup, changeover, and troubleshooting experience
- Background in pouch manufacturing, bag-making, or flexible packaging converting
- Experience with flexible packaging materials (PE, PET, BOPP, laminates, etc.)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work assigned shifts in a fast-paced environment
