Description :
- Advise clients on various commercial matters, including contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and business compliance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and analyze case law to support client interests.
- Represent clients in negotiations and, if necessary, in litigation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs.
