Grain Superintendent

This role is crucial for ensuring efficient grain handling, storage, and distribution while leading a team and maintaining compliance with industry standards. Grain Superintendent Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the planning and direction of facility operations.
• Ensure daily operations meet all industry standards and operational schedules.
• Oversee inbound and outbound shipments of grain, managing logistics and deliveries.
• Supervise and mentor a team while promoting safety, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, industry regulations, and company policies.
• Oversee inventory management, quality control, and storage procedures.
• Perform general maintenance and repairs of the facility as needed.
  
  

Grain Superintendent Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in grain elevator operations or management.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and capable of meeting operational deadlines.
• Mechanical skills and knowledge of grain handling equipment are a plus.
• CDL preferred, must have a clean driving record.
