Key Responsibilities
- Estimation: Utilize architectural plans, specifications, and other project documents to prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for millwork projects. This includes calculating quantities of materials, labor costs, and other expenses.
- Bid Preparation: Prepare comprehensive bids and proposals based on your cost estimates. Ensure bids are competitive while maintaining profitability for the company.
- Material and Vendor Management: Identify and source appropriate materials and suppliers for millwork projects. Maintain relationships with vendors to secure competitive pricing and quality materials.
