Business/Transactional Paralegal Requirements

Business/Transactional Paralegal Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a law firm setting
- Paralegal certificate, Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree
- Experience in some of the following areas:
- Commercial and/or business transactions
- LLC and Corporation registrations
- EIN acquisition, dissolutions, and conversions
- Drafting schedules and closing documents
- Familiarity with the division of corporations & commercial code website
- Acquisition and divestiture processes
- Competitive salary with performance bonus
