Job Duties
- Reading plans and conducting onscreen takeoffs
- creating project budgets and generating proposals for customers
- Manage projects during production to ensure the projects are completed within budget
- Schedule job-site visits with our Production Team
- Make takeoff sheets, determine pricing and create estimates for our specialty project customers
- Extract details from plans when requested
- Answer inquiries from customers and other members of the team on the phone and via email
- Other office duties, projects and tasks as assigned
- Experience with AutoCAD and Bluebeam preferred
- Excellent communication skills and excel in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Exel
