Qualifications
- Experience: 5 years in structural steel fabrication.
- Software Proficiency: Skilled in Bluebeam software.
- Business Growth: Proven track record in expanding a book of business.
- Resource Management: Ability to organize people, tools, and time to meet deadlines.
- Initiative: Proactive in taking responsibility.
- Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Manage the fabrication, assembly, and installation of structural steel components.
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans.
- Ensure the accuracy of all blueprints and drawings.
- Create and oversee project schedules for timely completion.
- Monitor project budgets, resources, and costs.
- Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions with customers and management.
- Interpret structural drawings and engineering documents.
- Experience in structural steel detailing and fabrication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam software.
- Lead projects and manage team members effectively.
- Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Communicate and present information clearly.
