**Job Description: Receptionist/Administrative Assistant**

**Responsibilities:**
- Serve as the first point of contact for the company, greeting visitors and directing them accordingly.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, providing information or routing inquiries to the appropriate person.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization to ensure a professional environment.
- Wide ranging administrative duties including, filing, record keeping, mail distribution, supply ordering, facilities maintenance, and special projects.
- Financial duties including payment receipt and followup, order entry and expense processing including customer invoicing.
- Assure confidential information remains confidential.
- Process customer orders for a variety of customers using a variety of vendor entry systems.
- Various other duties as they are required.
**Experience:**
- A positive, upbeat, friendly manner at all times. The positon is frequently the first contact a visitor or caller has with GPM.
- 3 years of administrative and reception experience.
- Interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary to effectively interact with team members, customers, and vendors.
- Strong prioritization, time management and organizational skills.
- Computer skills, including awareness of software program relationships and the ability to work quickly between multiple programs. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Unquestioned moral and ethical behavior.
