Your Role

We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our team in a hybrid role that combines Customer Service, Warehouse Support, and Delivery Driving. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a critical role in the success of our business as the first line of contact with our customers. Your goal will be to ensure customer service excellence by handling inquiries, processing orders, and providing support with a positive, solution-focused approach.

In addition to customer interaction, this role includes assisting with warehouse tasks such as receiving shipments, organizing inventory, and preparing orders for delivery. You may also be responsible for local deliveries, so a clean driving record and valid license are required.

Duties and Responsibilities

• -Answers phone calls
• -Provides product knowledge
• -Builds sales, enters orders
• -Looks up inventory
• -Quotes customers
• -Communicates with the sales team and management of selling trends and customer satisfaction.
• -Provides support to customers and sales team.
• - Ensures orders are filled for pick up or scheduled for delivery and payments received if required.
• -Safely loads order on vehicle for delivery, safely drives route
• -Upon arrival at destination unloads product, turns in paperwork after delivery.
• -Responsible for complying with all DOT, OSHA, and Grabber Safety Standards.
• -Responsible for monitoring vehicle condition and reporting service needs to the Branch Operations Manager.
• -Provides support to Warehouse and Sales Team.
• - Interacts with customers and Branch staff during deliveries.
• -Delivers product on a company vehicle as assigned.
• - Performs all other duties as assigned.
  
  

Minimum Job Qualifications

• -2 Years of Customer Service Experience preferred
• -Clean Driving Record
  
  

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• -Preferred: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams, and Outlook
  
  

Work Conditions

• -Mainly inside, possibly in the warehouse or outside
• -Delivery truck
• -Standing and sitting at desk while working on computer
• -Lifting capabilities 40 lbs .
• -Directly with customers
• -Around warehouse equipment and vehicles
• Pre-Employment Requirements Upon Offer Letter Acceptance
• - Supplemental Driver Application with consent to contact previous employers regarding any out-of-service violations, misuse of controlled substances or alcohol, and accident history
• Criminal Background Check and Pre-Employment Drug Test
• - Authorization to order a current Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• -DOT Medical Exam- If new or recertification of DOT Medical Exam is needed, Grabber will provide certification as part of pre-employment requirements after offer letter acceptance
