Data entry: Enter and maintain database accurately, timely and efficiently. Check for accuracy.
Data maintenance: Update and maintain existing data in database
File organization: Maintain employee files and follow filing structure
Communication: Summarize, communicate and follow up with staff as to what is pending for their employee file to be compliant.
Backup Receptionist: Act as backup Receptionist. Answer phones, take messages.
Data Security: Ensure data is accurate, maintain confidentiality.
