Track turnaround time for open positions.Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules.Attend and schedule community job fairs as needed.Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.Improves organization attractiveness by monitoring response to job offers, company benefits and perks.Post openings in newspaper advertisements, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues.Utilize the Internet for recruitment: a. Post positions to appropriate Internet sources; b. Research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment; and c. Use social/professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.Understand current legal guidelines conducting interviews.Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates.Maintain database of applicants.Adhere to the practice of confidentiality regarding patients, families, staff, and the organization.Ensure Grace Best Practices are incorporated into all work performed and all interactions with staff and customers.Perform other duties as requested.
